Ron watched the following tv.

Saturday:  9:30 am - 10:30 am,  1 pm - 3:30 pm, 8 pm - 10 pm

Sunday:  1 pm - 2:30 pm, 8 pm - 10 pm

He watched sports half of the time, movies a third of the time, and cartoons the rest of the time.  How many minutes did he watch cartoon?  (Show work or explain strategy.)
